Qanawat provides an AI-powered customer engagement and automation platform that enables businesses to manage customer communications across multiple channels including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and web chat. Our services include:

- Multi-channel customer communication management
- Analytics and reporting dashboards
- CRM integration capabilities
- API access for custom integrations
3. Account Registration
You must register for an account to use our services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
Our services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in mass marketing without recipient consent
- Transmit illegal, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including data protection laws

6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our platform, including software, text, graphics, logos, and icons, are the exclusive property of Qanawat Digital Communications and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services during your subscription period.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qanawat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services or inability to access them.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait City, Kuwait.
